 We nearly choked on our superfood salads in June when the dream email landed in our inbox.  It was from the Belmond Hotel Group.  Yes, that’s right, arguably the best hotel group in the entire world responsible for some of our favourite stays including the Belmond Splendido in Portofino (pictured. insane right.) and the Belmond Cipriani in Venice.
