This year, as Exeat grows from strength to strength, my focus is on what drives us forward: prioritising purpose, tuning out the noise, and using positive momentum as our rocket fuel.

As a company we stand for Hope, the belief that anything is possible; Resilience, the fortitude to keep striving even when the path is steep; and Creativity, the art of crafting something extraordinary out of the spark of an idea.  These values are reflected in the sport that inspires so much of what we do: tennis. 

But I’m always asked the same question: Why Women’s Tennis?

The answer lies 125 years ago at the 1900 Paris Olympics, where women competed for the first time—and the sport was tennis. Today, female tennis players are the highest-earning female athletes in the world.

 Tennis showcases the alchemy that happens when women are given a platform, and that’s exactly why we do what we do at Exeat.

To our incredible community: thank you for sharing the road with us. We see you—moving mountains at home, at work, and on the court. You are women of vision, passion, and purpose.  We are deeply grateful for you.

And to our friends in Los Angeles, you have our hearts.
